Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. mainland.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly ensure that a valid physical street address is provided at checkout.


Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are carrier-calculated based on your location.

Free shipping is available on orders over $69.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and are calculated from the dispatch date:

Ontario / Quebec: 2–3 business days

Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days

United States:

Eastern U.S.: 2–4 business days

Western U.S.: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
